DesignStudio4 is an project managing firm that was founded in Maryland in 2018. The firm has access to professional staff of architects, interior designers, planners, urban designers, landscape architects, graphic designers, web designers and developers, construction specification writers, construction administrators, economists, environmental analysts and several other professional disciplines.
As managers, we partner with our clients on some projects every year. These projects can be as small as a wine label or as large as a new urban district. We serve our clients as trusted advisors, combining localized expertise with global perspective wherever new opportunities arise

Kamal
malik
Began his professional career as an economist at the Bank of England before moving into derivatives trading at HSBC. He later joined Morgan Stanley, where he rose to the position of Managing Director and served as a Portfolio Manager overseeing the firm’s macro fund, managing assets in excess of $1.5 billion.
After a decade at Morgan Stanley, Kamal founded his own hedge fund, successfully managing approximately $300 million. Following several years of strong performance, he exited the business and transitioned into a private family office structure, allowing him to focus on long-term investments and strategic ventures.
Most recently, Kamal has turned his attention to luxury real estate development and construction. He is currently overseeing six high-end residential developments one in Mayfair, London, and five across Virginia and the Washington, DC metropolitan area. All projects were sold pre-construction, with a combined projected build-out value exceeding $70 million.
Kamal resides in the United States with his wife and two children and frequently travels to the United Kingdom to spend time with his parents and brothers. A visionary entrepreneur, he has consistently built, scaled, and exited successful ventures across global finance and luxury real estate.

Possesses adeptness in the managing of drafted design drawings that are Functional, safe, economical, and matches clients' needs, desires, and expectations.
